Details.
Because of our busy summer schedule, we will not have a parent meeting for our Project SGF dates. Instead, we ask that you carefully review all of the information on this page and submit the following forms as soon as possible.
Schedule.
Each Project SGF day begins at 8:30 a.m. at RBC. We will meet in the FC foyer promptly at 8:30am to begin our training and instructions for that specific day. Each Project SGF day will end with the conclusion of the BASH After Party at 9:00 p.m. at RBC. Yes, this is a long day. We will allow for rest time and clean up time between finishing our Project SGF work and beginning our Wednesday night evening activities. No worries! :) We will also serve students dinner at RBC before our Wednesday evening activities begin.
What to bring.
Each student or parent participant should bring the following to Project SGF:
-Bible
-Pen/pencil
-Sturdy and comfortable work shoes (NO FLIP-FLOPS OR SANDALS FOR WORK PROJECTS!)
-Work clothes that can get dirty, covered in paint, or even ruined
-Work gloves (if possible)
-Clean clothes to change into after our work day
-Towel and shower accessories to use to clean up before Wednesday evening services begin
-Water bottle--NECESSITY!
-Sunscreen and sunglasses
-Bugspray
-Sack lunch--NECESSITY! We will NOT be able to stop anywhere for lunch. Students will be responsible for bringing their own lunch and snacks for each Project SGF day.
-$10--Each Project SGF day costs $10 per student. This money covers the cost of supplies, dinner, mission t-shirt, and fuel for the day.
